Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Within New Zealand

All PAUWZ orders are shipped using NZ Couriers.

Estimated delivery times:

North Island: 1–2 business days
South Island: 2–3 business days
Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the courier and may occasionally vary.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Rural Delivery

If your address is classified as rural by NZ Couriers, a rural delivery surcharge may apply.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

Pauwz cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
